I upgraded to dd-wrt, and i have like a total of 8 devices of this one router (4 wireless). There are so many MAC Addresses, i don't know which address belongs to which one. . Is there any possible way to give these MAC Addresses a name so i know which address belongs to which device?

you can add a device name to the mac description field.
to find out what mac goes with what device open a command prompt and do this.

What are the benefits of changing my router's firmware to dd-wrt?

Dozens of features found only on routers many times more expensive than even the most expensive routers compatible with dd-wrt. QoS, VPN, DDNS client, VLANs, Radius, and lots more. If none of these features mean anything to you then there really is no benefit.
